Welcome to Refugios Libres, the social network designed for those who are passionate about mountain activities, such as hiking, climbing and via ferratas. Refugios Libres is a registered trademark of Worktocloud, S.L., and by using this platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Use. Please read them carefully before registering.

1. Purpose of the Contract

These Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use of the Refugios Libres platform, property of Worktocloud, S.L., accessible through its website and related applications.

By registering or using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with them, we ask that you do not use our services.

Worktocloud, S.L. reserves the right to remove content and take action against users who violate these rules.

5. User Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you publish on Refugios Libres. By publishing content, you guarantee that:

You grant Worktocloud, S.L. a non-exclusive license to moderate, distribute or remove said content in compliance with our rules.

We do not assume responsibility for the content generated by users or for the interactions between them.
We do not guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or security of the information published by users.

Likewise, we are not responsible for direct or indirect damages derived from the use of the platform, except in legally enforceable cases.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights on the Refugios Libres platform, including its design, logos, texts, images, source code and other elements, belong to Worktocloud, S.L. or to third parties who have authorized its use.

The reproduction, distribution, modification or exploitation of any content of the platform is prohibited without the express authorization of the owner.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering, you accept the use of your data as indicated in said document.

Your data is stored on servers located within the European Economic Community (EEC) in collaboration with the hosting provider Digiocio (www.digiocio.com).

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute that may arise in relation to the use of Refugios Libres will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Terrassa in Spain.
